He served as High School Teacher and University Adjunct Professor in Honduras and the USA. He is an ordain minister in Honduras and in the USA. He holds a Master’s in Theology and a Doctorate in Ministry. He holds a Doctor in Ministry Degree on Church Planting at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He helped start a church in Honduras and planted three churches in Louisville, Kentucky.Since June 2013 serves at the North American Mission Board (NAMB), first as the National Church Mobilizer and more recently as the Director of Ethnic Church Planting. He is the author of five Electronic books on Marriage, Characteristics of a Healthy Church, Pastoral Ministry, and Authentic Christianity.
